Overview

A bar at the North Port, the northern border of the University District. Noticeably spiffier and neon-lit than the crew’s usual South Bay haunts — described as looking “kinda like a tourist trap if tourist traps exist in Night City.” Nice outdoor seating area. Open until 4 AM.

• Where Ledger arranged to meet Fix-it-Felix to settle an old debt
• The two Duke Boys were drinking here with Ledger when the crew arrived
• A masked streamer/interviewer (in a checkerboard suit, chromed hair, artificial mannequin-like face, trailed by cameras) was filming “man on the street” segments for a show called Gang Feud outside the bar — interviewed Mr. Zip on camera before moving on
