Overview

An officially-a-government-facility sewage and water treatment site in South Bay, entrance tucked behind Nexus Mods and a block off Enderman’s. Badly maintained, poorly monitored, and — as of this session — home to The Calling, a Vilify hive mind.

Known Facts

• Entrance found via a tip from Ledger: an unmonitored sewage-way entrance a block from Nexus Mods
• Surface building: locked mechanical door leading down a stairwell; also a ladder up to a rooftop rack, inexplicably stocked with several derelict kayaks (aluminum siding, not remotely seaworthy — one disintegrated on a failed field repair attempt)
• Interior: knee-deep water throughout most passages, deeper at the intersections; multiple rooms accessible via electronically locked doors (no keypads — straight shut-and-locked, requiring an interface/hacking roll) alongside a few simple mechanical locks
• A manhole accessible via ladder leads up to street level, with audible regular traffic overhead
• Several rooms have been converted into living quarters for The Calling — one had what looked like a kitchen/bedroom setup
• Armed members (“orange hats”) stationed at multiple doors, guns already drawn on entry
• A “whoop whoop” whistle-tip signal echoes through the space — initially mistaken by the crew for Piranhas activity, actually just The Calling’s own tic/signal
